Our program is an Early Intervention Service designed to assess the needs of exceptional infants, and to develop and execute a program to respond to those needs, as designated by the Individual Family Service Plan.
Our comprehensive approach is based upon known principles of growth and development. We make use of a myriad of specific activities to enhance progress in each of the basic developmental domains: physical, cognitive, communication, social and emotional, and adaptive. Documentation and evaluation are ongoing.
Early Stages Enterprises LLC is committed to family empowerment. We seek to achieve this goal by enhancing family skills in areas such as: problem solving, advocacy, and information access. Existing support systems are utilized to build and implement collaborative support networks for each family on an individual basis. The Individual Family Services Plan prescribes both short-term and long-term goals.

Early Stages Enterprises is able to provide the highest level of service to consumers by offering a broad spectrum of professionals, programs, and activities to meet the individual needs of the child and family.
Program strategies and components are designed with specific focus on the healthy processes of development and communication, as well as consumer convenience. We utilize the following cutting edge program features: speech/language/feeding therapy, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and clinical psychology.
Early Stages Enterprises provides Floor Time techniques which is based on the one-to-one relationship between the child, parent/caregiver, and the Early Interventionist. The Early Interventionist acts as a facilitator between the parent/caregiver and child, and guides the child-driven interaction. Through this technique, the Early Interventionist creates a trusting relationship between parent/caregiver and child by allowing the child to pursue unstructured, functional pretend-play and “real time” activities, which allow the child to open the circle of communication.
Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) is an augmentative communication system developed to help individuals with limited speech quickly acquire a functional means of initiating communication by using picture exchange. Early Stages Enterprises’ Mobile Unit consists of the following team members:
- Early Interventionist,
- Occupational and/or Physical Therapist,
- and/or Speech Pathologist.
The Mobile Unit allows consumers greater access in remote areas in their natural environment.
Some locations that the Mobile Unit visits are: medical centers, libraries, parks and recreational facilities, Regional Centers, hospitals, local restaurants, and other community resources. The Mobile Unit will especially benefit families who may need to consult with one or more professionals concurrently to develop a program strategy for their child.
